Himalaya Camp has the right to cancel booking due to maintenance, overbookings & weather conditions.
Change date or unit
- Bookings are non-refundable but can be postponed to other available dates, subject to availability. You may change the check-in date to a new date, 2 weeks before initial check-in date. Last minute request will not be entertained.
- Any request to change the booking date or accommodation unit after the booking has been confirmed will be subject to an administrative fee of RM50 per request, subject to availability.

Room Occupancy Policy
- Maximum Occupancy: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit, which includes both adults and children. This limit is clearly stated at the time of booking and must be strictly followed.
Additional Guests:
If the number of occupants exceeds the room’s maximum capacity:
- Himalaya Camp reserves the right to charge an additional room night as a penalty.
- Additional charges may also apply for extra guests or bedding, subject to availability.
- Himalaya Camp may cancel the reservation or require excess guests to vacate immediately, without refund.
Children Policy: Children count toward the total room occupancy. Please inform Himalaya Camp in advance if children will be staying, to ensure appropriate accommodations.
Unregistered Guests: Bringing unregistered guests into guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a penalty charge and possible removal from the property.
Safety & Legal Compliance: Occupancy limits are set for guest safety and in compliance with local laws and fire safety regulations.
